appearance in the State Semifinals. He would go on to take Gordon there just two years later.

GORDON-Revere High School out of Ovid, Colorado made the 900 mile treak to Gordon to take on the
Longhorns in the first ever interstate six-man game. Revere's 35 game winning streak came to an end
as Gordon claimed an 18-0 win.
