Lindsay came in looking to win the annual "Kraut-Bowl" against their neighbors to the west known as Muenster. Throughout the first half, Lindsay appeared to be getting the better of the Muenster Hornets. Lindsay was ahead at 28-21 midway through the third quarter. Then the Knights of Lindsay began the process of wearing down against a team that exhibited superior size, strength, and speed. And then Muenster accelerated and left Lindsay in the dust (just like a Chevelle would leave a Pinto) and won 49-28. |
